Housekeeper scorecard
Admin → Field → Scorecard turns a month of field jobs into an appraisal view: one row per housekeeper, no money on the page. A month picker (defaults to the current month) chooses what you’re looking at, and Export CSV downloads the same rows for a payroll spreadsheet.
What each row shows
Section titled “What each row shows”- Turnovers done — cleans marked ready at least once in the month.
- First-time pass — of the reviewed ones, how many passed without ever being sent back (“3 of 4 · 75%”), with “N awaiting review” set aside. A send-back is a miss even once the redo is fixed.
- On time — the first Mark ready landed by the deadline the job had at that moment. A past turnover nobody marked ready shows as “N not done” and counts as late.
- Time per clean — average minutes from Start to that first Mark ready, against the bedroom target (180 minutes for a one-bed, plus 60 per extra bedroom). Over target reads red.
- Monthly inspections on time — ready by 18:00 WAT on the window’s last day.
How jobs are counted
Section titled “How jobs are counted”Jobs count in the month they were due, credited to whoever first marked them ready — otherwise the assignee. That first ready moment is snapshotted when it happens (when, against which deadline, by whom) precisely because redos, reassignment and late checkout changes would move a recomputed answer. Audits, cancelled jobs and jobs nobody was assigned are left out. Every current field user appears, plus anyone who had jobs that month.
Access
Section titled “Access”The scorecard is admin-side, for staff, admins and owners; on a plan without field operations the page stays readable but the nav item hides. It’s deliberately free of money — it’s input for a conversation, nothing more.
